EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION

Uniform Division

The deputies assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division serve as the first responders to calls for service Lt Garrisonthroughout Butts County. In answering calls for service, the Uniform Patrol Deputy's primary duty is to conduct preliminary investigations, maintain order within the community through the enforcement of state and local laws and to conduct preventive patrols while developing positive community relations. The division consists of four shifts of three to four sworn Deputies assigned to each shift and one K-9 unit.
Four Sergeants, one per each shift, with the four shifts being collectively supervised by two Uniform Patrol Lieutenants.
